In Pakistan, at least five people have been killed and 10 others injured when gunmen attacked a passenger train in the southwestern province of Balochistan. Police said the Quetta Express came under attack in Mach district, some 60 kilometres from Quetta, the capital of Balochistan today. According to the Railway officials, most of the passengers were heading to hometowns to celebrate Eid with their families. The injured have taken to nearby hospitals with several injured being in critical condition. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack as yet.
