The Supreme Court today said, its five-judge Constitution Bench will hear matters relating to Aadhaar, including the aspect of right to privacy.<br/><br/>A bench, headed by Chief Justice J S Khehar, said the bench will sit next week, on the 18th and 19th, to hear the petition challenging government's move to make Aadhaar mandatory for various public welfare schemes.<br/><br/>Earlier this month, a three-judge bench had said, all issues arising out of Aadhaar should finally be decided by a larger bench and the Chief Justice will take a call on the need for setting up a Constitution Bench.
