In West Bengal, police arrested five hardcore Maoists from different parts of Kolkata. The Additional Commissioner of the Kolkata Police, Mr. Suman Mitra said that the arrested persons are important leaders of the CPI(Maoist) in Andhra Pradesh.He said, the Andhra Pradesh Police and Special Task Force of the Kolkata Police nabbed the hardcore Maoists from Central Kolkata and adjoining areas last night following a raid. Indiscriminating documents and huge cache of money were recovered from their custody. The arrested persons will be produced before the court in Kolkata today.
