?In Uttar Pradesh, five persons were killed and four others injured when a two-storey house collapsed at Kharkhaunda in Meerut in the wee hours today. The deceased include three children. <br/><br/>Police said, four persons were rescued and they have been sent to district hospital for treatment. Some animals are also feared trapped into the debris.<br/><br/>Heavy rain, which lashed for more than two hours in Meerut last evening, is believed to be the reason for the collapse.<br/><br/>Police and rescue teams have finished their work and the bodies have been sent for the post mortem.
