An Earthquake of 5.7 intensity on the Richter scale today hit parts of North India exactly two minutes past five in the evening. Tremor was also felt in New Delhi and adjoining Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. According to Met department, the epicentre of this quake was on Indo-Nepal border. The earthquake lasted about 30 seconds.
