An earthquake, measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale, jolted the Kutch region and other parts of Gujarat in the wee hours today. According to Institute of Seismological Research, near Ahmedabad, the quake struck at 0144 hrs and left aftershocks till late morning. It had its epicenter at 26 Km South-East of Dholavira in Kutch district. There were no reports of any casualties or damage to property.
