In Jammu and Kashmir, City Blue defeated City Red in the finals and lifted the 4th Drass Ice Hockey Tournament 2013. The tournament concluded at the Bhimbhat Ice Hockey Ring Drass.Drass Angles Defeated Domkhar Club in the women section which was introduced for the first time in the main event. A total of 9 teams participated from all over tLadakh and was started on 7th of February 2013.
