49 people including seven Iranian commanders killed in suicide bomb blast

In Iran, a suicide bomber killed at least 49 people including seven commanders of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards in Sistan Baluchistan province yesterday. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that the attack was plotted from neighbouring Pakistan.<br/><br/>Iranian Foreign Ministry has summoned Pakistan's charge d'affaires in Tehran over the incident and told him that Tehran has evidence that the attack was launched from Pakistani soil.<br/>According to a statement of Iranian Foreign Ministry, Tehran voiced its protest to Islamabad over the terrorists' use of Pakistani soil to conduct activities against Iran. Iranian Foreign Ministry asked Pakistan to deal firmly with terrorists active on Pakistani soil.<br/> Pakistan-based terrorist group Jundullah has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack in the borderline Pishin region, near the city of Sarbaz. In the past, Tehran has accused Islamabad of hosting members of the terrorist group Jundullah near Pakistan's western borders.
