In Assam, the stage is all set for the first phase of assembly polls tomorrow. 62 constituencies in 13 districts of Barak Valley, Upper Assam and two hill districts would go to polls amid tight security.AIR correspondent reports, an electorate of eighty five lakh nine thousand and eleven will decide the fate of 485 candidates, including 38 women in the fray.Polling will be held from 7.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m . Constituencies include 15 in the Barak Valley, five in the two hill districts of Karbi Anglong and Dima Hasao district, eight in Sonitpur and the remaining 34 in Upper Assam districts of Dhemaji, Golaghat, Sibsagar, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Lakhimpur and Jorhat.
