In West Bengal, normal life has been affected in some pockets of Maoist infested West Midnapore, Bankura and Purulia Districts because of the 48 hours Bangla Bandh called by the Maoists from Saturday.The Bandh has been called in protest against killing of their leader Kishenji by the security forces on last Thursday.However, there is no impact of bandh in other parts of the state. The west Bengal government has beefed up the security measures through out the state. Special vigil has been kept on train services plying through Jungle Mahal.AIR Kolkata Correspondent Arijit Chakraborty reports that, the body of slain Maoist leader is being flown to Andhra Pradesh for last rites at his native village.Earlier, his body was identified by his nice Deepa Rao at Midnapore Medical College Hospital which was followed by post-mortem in presence of forensic experts.Joint forces conducted search operations in Burisole Forest today to nab another top Maoist leader Suchitra Mahato and two others who managed to flee during the encounter with security men on last Thursday.
