The 46th edition of International Film Festival of India is all set to conclude today in Panaji. The grand closing ceremony will take place at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Panaji. Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore, Goa Governor Mridula Sinha, Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar will participate in the ceremony. Music composer A R Rahman is the Chief Guest of the evening.
