Bhuj,the bordering district of Kutch in Gujarat is celebrating its 462 foundation day on saturday. A number of programmes have been organised to mark the occasion. AIR Correspondent reports that the historical city of Bhuj has faced three major earthquakes but despite that the district is developing with all modern urban amenities. <br/>
