428 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K; 7 persons succumb to infection

In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, seven persons died due to COVID during the last 24 hours till 5 pm today thereby taking the number of deaths due to this pandemic in the Union territory to 4,269 deaths. Of the seven deaths, three deaths took place in Jammu Division while four persons lost their lives in Kashmir Division. <br />''<br />''No new confirmed cases of mucormycosis have been reported today and till now 25 confirmed cases have been reported in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, 428 new positive cases were reported today. With this, the number of positive cases in the Union Territory has gone up to 3,12,584 till 5 pm today. Moreover, 999  more COVID-19 patients have recovered who were discharged from various hospitals of the Union Territory today. A total of 104 cases were reported from Srinagar district followed by 32 cases in Jammu district.</span><br />
