In another press meet, the internationally acclaimed documentary maker and environmentalist Mike Pandey said that India can only be super power if corruption is checked and 68 percent rural population of the country can be provided education, in which the short film and documentary makers help the public and private broadcasters.Speaking at the ongoing 41st International Film Festival at Goa, the noted documentary maker recalled how his short film on Indian whale sharks changed the opinion of the United Nation to accept that highest number of whale sharks was not in Australian sea water, but in the Indian sea, that needed protection.
