In Kerala, the 40th Annual General Assembly meeting of the Group of Liquified Ntural Gas, LNG, Importers opens in Kochi Monday morning. The 150 member group include 56 companies from 19 countries, involved in the import of LNG and the operation of LNG receiving terminals. The conference will deliberate on commercial, technical and safety aspects of LNG imports and the use of better technologies in LNG handling.The Union Petroleum Secretary Mr S Sundaresan will inaugurate the three day meet.
