Four Thousand residential quarters will be constructed for the Central Armed Police Forces, CAPFs, this year.

An amount of 1185 crore rupees has been allocated for the purpose by the Government.

According to the information given in the Union Budget, 228 sites where the land is available with the CAPFs, have been identified across the country for the project.

Nearly 57,787 quarters and 348 barracks are proposed to be constructed for the Central forces.
