40 persons entering India through Nepal border held

In Uttar Pradesh, Seema Suraksha Bal, SSB and local police in Maharajganj district have detained forty suspicious persons, including seven women and 22 children, when they were trying to enter India through the Nepal border. Our Lucknow correspondent reports that the detained persons failed to produce valid documents about their identity during security check on Indo Nepal border. All of them told the security forces that they belonged to Jammu and Kashmir and were coming from Kathmandu. The local police are engaged in verifying their credentials.
