In Jammu and Kashmir, the four nominated councilors of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil, were administered Oath by Principal and District Session Judge Kargil Mr Ramesh Kumar. The Nominated councilors are Fatima Banoo from Pashkum, Tsring Samphal from Mulbek, Tsring Angdoos from Himiling Zanskar and Hamidha Banoo from Shimsha Kharboo.
