In Pakistan, a suspected US drone fired five missiles at a militant hideout in North Waziristan, killing four suspected militants. <br/><br/>Pakistani intelligence officials said the attack in the village of Mohamad Khel in the area of Data Khel came soon after former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf on Thursday criticised the reported US use of unmanned aircraft against militants in Pakistan. <br/><br/>Last week, at least 24 suspected militants were killed in two drone strikes in Pakistan's North Waziristan tribal region, Pakistani officials said. <br/><br/> The US military routinely offers no comment on reported drone attacks. <br/><br/>However, it is the only country operating in the region known to have the ability to launch missiles from drones which are remote controlled.
