The Bombay High Court today dismissed suspended IPL Chief Lalit Modi's petition to reconstitute the BCCI Disciplinary Committee that is probing into corruption charges against him.<br/>The petition was filed by Mr Modi's lawyer Mehmood Abdi on September 9th, challenging the committee's order on August 11 this year. BCCI had rejected Mr Modi's demand for the recusal of Chirayu Amin and Arun Jaitley from the Disciplinary Committee.<br/>The Disciplinary Committee is expected to resume it's hearing today. The hearing could not be held on Tuesday as scheduled due to the illness of panel member Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia. It started at 6pm in the evening at Mr Scindia's residence.
