4 Indians short-listed for this year�s ICC Awards

In the 49th National Open Athletics Championship being held in Bhopal, railway players have shown splendid performance. They have bagged eight medals including three gold, three silver and two bronze.<br/> <br/>Services is on second place in the medal tally with two gold and two bronze, while Haryana is third with one gold. In men's twenty thousand meter walk held this morning, Services Babhu Bhai came first but he could not break his own national record. <br/><br/>The host Madhya Pradesh opened its account when its K Sonendra Singh got silver in this event. Chandigarh's Baljinder Singh got bronze. In men's pole vault held on Tuesday evening, railway's Bimin K P won the gold, while Gajanan Upadhayaya bagged siver and police's Surinder Singh bronze. In the women's 100 meter run Railways Sharda Narayan won gold, while H M Jyothi of Andhra Pradesh got Silver and Kerala's Priya PK bronze. Maha Singh of railways bagged the gold medal in men's long jump. Haryana's Seema Antil got the gold medal in women's Discuss Throw. <br/>
