<br/>With the Commonwealth Games' Mascot 'Shera' slated to arrive at Amritsar on 25th June, the countdown for welcoming the Queen's Baton has begun. The Queen's Baton will arrive in India from Pakistan via Attari border in Amritsar.<br/> <br/>The Queen's Baton which would arrive in India on June 25th morning will be received by the Chief Organiser of the Commonwealth Games to be held in New Delhi in October, this year.<br/> <br/>According to Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar, Mr. K.S. Pannu, preparations to give a grand welcome to the Baton have almost been completed. <br/> <br/>A special train named 'Commonwealth Games Express' depicting the history of Indian sports would also reach Amritsar. The Baton will remain in Punjab for four days. It will come to Jalandhar on June 26th and would proceed to Ludhiana, Patiala, Hoshiarpur and Pathankot. From Pathankot, it would be taken to Jammu. <br/>
