Defending Champion India will take on Maldives in the second semi final today in the SAFF Football Championship in Kathmandu this evening. The Indians who had made it through to group A, will be missing their Skipper and striker Sunil Chettri due to two yellow cards received in the earlier matches. India has entered the semifinal with a win against Pakistan a draw against Bangladesh and loss to Nepal. Maldives have shown good skills with it's Skipper Ashfaq Ali who has already scored ten goals in the Championship. The team has been the winner of the Group B with defeating Sri Lanka and Bhutan with formidable margins and a draw with Afghanistan.<br/> Today's match will decide who will meet Afghanistan in the final to be played on Wednesday.
