The 2014 FIFA World Cup Winner's Trophy is on display over the next three days in Dubai at the world's biggest shopping mall, the Dubai Mall. <br/><br/>Known to be one of the most cherished and recognizable trophies in the world, the trophy has come to Dubai on its worldwide goodwill tour.The original 18 carat gold trophy, named in honor of former FIFA president Jules Rimet, is awarded to the winners of the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament. <br/><br/>It stands 14.4 inches tall and has a 5.1 inch malachite base which depicts two human figures holding up the Earth. At its base, the engravement "FIFA World Cup" can be seen and the name of the countries whose team has won each tournament is engraved beneath the trophy.
