<br/>In Assam, four engineers of the State Water Resources Department have been placed under suspension following allegations that they have misused a huge amount of money. The amount was meant for two calamity relief fund projects in Barpeta water Resources Division.<br/><br/>The four included the two Executive Engineers and the two Assistant Executive Engineers.
