In Himachal Pradesh, tragedy struck in Chattarpur Dhada village when a boundary wall of the government school collapsed, burying five kids underneath. Frantic rescue operations launched by the villagers revealed four dead bodies, while the fifth victim was rushed to the nearby BBMB hospital in Nangal. He suffered broken bones and is reportedly out of danger.The deceased, all belonging to Chattarpur Dhada village have been identified as fourth standard student Aman Kumar (8) son of late Janak Raj, second standard student Raman Kumar (7) son of Ved Parkash, Sanjeev Kumar son of Rakesh Kumar and Sheetal Kumar son of Ram Kumar, both students of fifth standard. Karan Kumar, a fourth standard student, who was injured, is a resident of Santoshgarh nagar panchayat. He was later shifted to the Una district hospital as the BBMB hospital lacked an orthopedic surgeon.While there are allegations of sub standard material used in the construction of the wall, it was the strong winds that blew in most parts of the district today that triggered the incident.
