Four persons were arrested for allegedly manufacturing narcotic drug Mephedrone (MD) from a small factory at Dahanu in Palghar district. <br/><br/>According to police, the authorities raided the factory from where they recovered the contraband worth 18 lakh rupees and raw material worth 41 lakh rupees, which was being used to manufacture the drug.<br/><br/>
