In Punjab,third World Cup Kabaddi Tournament is being organised from 1st to 15th December in various cities of the state. Teams of 18 countries are participating in this tournament.Both men and women teams are participating. Inaugural match will be played at Bathinda on 1st of December, while final match will be played at Ludhiana and prize distribution function will also be held there. Winner team in Men's section will get 2 crore rupees as prize money,while 2nd team will get 1 crore rupees and third team will get 51 lakh rupees.In women section winner team will get 51 lakh rupees ,second team will get 31 lakh rupees while third team will be given 21 lakh rupees as prize money.
