India now trail by 331 runs with 9 wickets in hand.Earlier, Australia added 152 runs to their overnight score of 299 for 4, losing six wickets today. Skipper Steve Smith and Glenn Maxwell led Australia's dominance. While Smith remained unbeaten with 178, Maxwell scored his maiden Test hundred in his fourth Test appearance. For India, Ravindra Jadeja claimed five wickets, giving away 124 runs. Umesh Yadav got 3 wickets while one wicket fell to Ravichandran Ashwin.
