The third round of meeting to break the deadlock between agitating FTII students and Information and Broadcasting Ministry officials, which was supposed to be held in New Delhi yesterday, is underway in Mumbai. <br/><br/>The I&B secretary Sunil Arora is presiding over the meeting. 7 students of the Film and Television Institute of India, including FTII's Student Association (FSA) president Harishankar Nachimuthu, are holding talks with the I&B Ministry officials.
