3rd ODI: Sri Lanka opt to bat against India after winning the toss

In Cricket, Sri Lanka has won the toss and opted to bat in the third one day international of the 5-match series against India at Pallekele. Team India is currently leading the series, 2-0 and will be looking to seal it today itself. Virat Kohli has fielded the same side that played the last ODI. For Sri Lanka, Chamara Kapugedara is the stand-in captain as Upul Tharanga has been handed a two-match suspension for slow over-rate.The hosts need to win at least two ODIs in this series to make sure that the West Indies do not overhaul them in the one day rankings and gain automatic qualification for the 2019 World Cup before the September 30th deadline.Earlier, India had clean sweeped the 3-match Test series against the Lankans.
