Put to bat, India stitched 337 for 6 in the stipulated 50 overs.Kohli got to the landmark in the 37th over.Overall, Kohli, who played his 202nd innings today, has become the 19th batsman to breach the 9000-run mark, making him the fastest to get there. Earlier, opener Rohit Sharma laid a solid foundation for India with his superb 147 runs.
