The third edition of Offshore sailing race, under the aegis of Offshore Sailing Club of India, was on Wednesday flagged off in Kochi by Vice Admiral K N Sushil, Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Southern Naval Command.A total of five teams, including contingents from the three Commands of the Navy, Andaman and Nicobar, Tri Services Command and India Army team, are participating in the race.
