Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Minister Prakash Javadekar has said that a total of 386 electric charging stations have been installed in 13 States and Union Territories. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha today, Mr. Javadekar informed that a maximum of 94 charging stations have been installed in Delhi followed by 49 in Rajasthan and 48 in Chandigarh.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''The Minister said, phase-II of Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles, FAME scheme, which provides subsidies is being implemented from 1st April, 2019 for a period of three years with a total budgetary allocation of 10 thousand crore rupees.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He also informed that over 36.71 crore LED bulbs have been&nbsp; distributed to consumers at an affordable price, which resulted in estimated savings of 47.68 billion kilowatt hour per year and reduced the carbon emission of 38.62 million tonnes per year.</span><br />
