In Pakistan, thirty-eight militants were killed during a clash between militants and security forces in Orakzai Agency. <br/><br/>Sources said militants stormed a security checkpoint in Shareen Darra early today in which two security personnel were also killed and nine others injured. <br/><br/>Security forces said several militants were also injured in the clash. Sources said that security forces used helicopters and heavy artillery in the operation and destroyed many of the militants' hideouts. <br/>
