The 37th edition of India International Trade Fair (IITF) will begin at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi tomorrow.The 14-day annual event, organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation, ITPO will be inaugurated by President Ram Nath Kovind. This year the theme of the fair is " Startup India Standup India". Vietnam is the Partner Country while Kyrgyzstan is the Focus Country. Jharkhand is participating as a Partner State in the event. As many as seven thousand participants from 22 countries will showcase their products ranging from electronics to textiles.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that this year the number of business days have been reduced from five to four days to accommodate more visitors from the general public during the fair. Tickets for business days will cost 500 rupees per visitor. For the general public, the trade fair will open from 18th to 27th of November.<br/><br/>Tickets will not be sold at IITF sale counters and will be available at all metro stations other than Pragati Maidan. Visitors can also book tickets online through ITPO portal. www. indiatradefair.com.The entry ticket will be 60 rupees for adults and 40 rupees for children during weekdays. At weekend and holidays, ticket charges will be 120 rupees for adult and 60 rupees for children. The entry of Senior citizens and divyangjan will be free and they can enter from any gate on the production of proof of age and photo ID Card.People can visit the fair from 9.30 A.M .to 7.30 P.M.
