<span style="color: #222222;">A total of 36,240 villages have been covered under the Bima Gram Yojana in the country. Replying to a question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Communications Devusinh Chauhan said, Yojana is an initiative of the Department of Posts to provide life insurance cover to the people living in rural areas. He said, the premium paying capacity of a person is one of the critical elements in implementation of this initiative. </span><br />
