In Manipur, 33 cadres of four different proscribed outfits surrendered before the security forces on Monday. The surrender took place at the Headquarters of the 57 Mountain Division at Leimakhong in the presence of state Director General of Police Y Joykumar Singh and GOC of the Division Major General D S Hooda. The surrendered militants are 22 from the Pakhan Revolutionary Army including its self styled Commander-in-Chief Molum Anal, eight from NSCN(K), two from NSCN(IM) and one from FGN. They also handed over 13 AK-47 Rifles, one G-3 Rifle, 11 Pistols and ammunition to the state Police Chief.
