33 young artists have been conferred with Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar for the year 2010. The Chairperson of Sangeet Natak Akademi, Leela Samson today gave away the awards to the artists at a function in New Delhi. The awards were given for their outstanding contribution in the field of arts including dance music and theatre. The presentation ceremony will be followed by a weeklong festival of Music, Dance and Theatre featuring some of the recipients of the year at Kamani Auditorium and in Meghdoot Theatre Complex in the national capital.
