Over 300 militants are waiting to sneak in into the Kashmir Valley and are stationed in training camps and launching pads across the Line of Control. This was stated by Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Kuldeep Khoda while talking to reporters on the sidelines of function in the outskirts of Jammu city today. He said that there are directions to militants on launching pads to infiltrate into valley before the onset of winter and closure of mountain passes. Khoda said that there is a decrease of 70 per cent in militancy related incidents in Jammu region. He said that there have been several attempts of infiltration along the border in Kashmir.
