30 persons have died due to flood and landslide triggered by incessant rains in Nepal. 7 persons died in Sunsari, 4 each in Jhapa and Sindhuli,3 each in Banke, Morang and Panchthara district and 6 in other parts of country. Many people are also missing.<br/><br/>In Tarai region hundreds of houses have been inundated in flood waters and thousands of people have taken shelter at safer places. Flight services at Biratnagar has been obstructed as airport is submerged. Army and police have been deployed to carry out rescue and relief operations, however rescue work has been hindered due to adverse weather.
