In Jharkhand, at least 30 people were killed and 19 others injured, most of them grievously, when a truck in which they were travelling turned turtle at Bhagawan Ghati in Garhwa district on Thursday. <br/><br/>These dead include six women and eleven children. Chief Minister Shibu Soren has announced compensation of one lakh rupees each to the next of kin of those killed and free treatment to the injured.
