Three Naxals have surrendered with their arms in Ranchi under the new rehabilitation policy of Jharkhand 'Operation Nai Disha'. According to the new policy, a surrendered Naxal is given Rs 2.5 lakh, out of which Rs 50,000 is given on the spot. The remaining sum is given in four equal installments over a period of two year. So far, 13 Naxals have surrendered under this policy in last two months.
