Three more Information Commissioners have joined the Central Information Commission. They are – Rajiv Mathur, Vijay Sharma and Basanth Seth. Chief Informtion Commissioner Satyanand Mishra administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.

With this, the total number of Information Commissioners of the Commission has gone up to 9 including the Chief Information Commissioner.
