The three major US Stocks rose yesterday as stimulus talks weighted on concerns about tougher restrictions amid a surge in Coronavirus cases.
 
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.4 per cent and the S&P 500 added 0.3 per cent while the Nasdaq Composite index climbed half a percent.
