In Assam, 3 people, including a women were killed and another 7 injuried in a road accident at Goalpara district on Tuesday morning. Senior police official of Goalpara said that the accident occured due to head-on -collission between a bus and (TATA) Sumo Vehicle at Deuli under Rangsai Police Out post of the district. The injured passengers mostly from the Sumo car were sent to the Goalpara civil hospital. The condition of the two injuried passengers are stated to be critical. The bus was on its way from Mankachar to Guwahati via Goalpara when the accident occurred while the ill-fated Sumo vehicle, came from the opposite direction.
