A special NIA court in Patna today sent three ISI suspects for their role in triggering train derailments to judicial custody till the 17th of this month. The suspects were arrested last month. They have been booked under Railway Act, Explosive Substance Act and the IPC.<br/><br/>The three were allegedly involved in more than a dozen criminal cases and were roped in by Nepalese contacts to trigger train mishaps in India. In the wake of the disclosures during the probe, NIA took over the investigation.
