Three insurgents of banned National Liberation front of Tripura (NLFT) have surrendered before Assam Rifles at Palanjaibari of Dhalai district. Police said in Agartala today that the three insurgents, identified as KrishnamohanReang, Mitrojoy Reang and Dhanchora Reang, deposited one 9mm pistol and two rounds of cartridge to the Assam Rifles yesterday. The ultras were involved in cases like kidnapping and extortion of money.
