In Manipur, at least three persons including a woman have been injured in a powerful bomb blast at Imphal this afternoon.AIr correspondent reports, the incident took place at around 1:20 pm on the second floor of the state Public Works Department building at Khoyathong under City Police Station in Imphal.The Police have cordoned off the area and a manhunt has been launched to nab the culprits involved in the blast.
