In Manipur, the three-day-old Ibobi Singh Ministry was expanded on Friday with the induction of three more cabinet ministers. They are Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee President Mr. Gaikhangam, Mr. Thoudam Debendra Singh and Mr. Phungjathang Tonsing. State Governor Gurbachan Jagat administered them oath of office and secrecy at a solemn function held at Raj Bhavan, Imphal this afternoon. Just after the swearing-in ceremony, Chief Minister Mr. Okram Ibobi Singh told mediapersons that his ministry will be further expanded very soon. Chief Minister said , portfolios of the new ministers will be allocated before the budget session of the state assembly which begins on Monday.
